May 12, 2021 I had the great honor and privilege to EMCee of the 8th annual 2021 Startup Montclair Pitch Completion produced by the Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University.

I’ve been a part of 7 of the 8 startup pitch competitions with the Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. I can say with pride this year’s student startups were head and shoulders above prior years.

It was a thrill to coach and mentor many of the students during various stages of their journey. Better, was to watch them deliver brilliant pitches.

Winners of the 2021 Startup Montclair Pitch Competition

Three teams were awarded cash support and in-kind services plus industry support from a prize pool of $30,000.

The winners are:

1. Miniature You - $17,000
2. Flourish by Sage - $8,000
3. Charlie’s Home YTP - $5,000
