My research at the university revolves around disruptive innovation models and frameworks for entrepreneurship. We use 3D Printing as a mechanism to demonstrate and teach these methods and approaches.

In 2014, I was the first full-time faculty hired by the Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Montclair State University. As professor I teach innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, marketing, and 3D Printing.
The Transatlantic Entrepreneurship Academy (TEA) is an international entrepreneurial reciprocal exchange partnership between the Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Montclair State University and Applied Business Studies at University of Graz, Graz, Austria.
